Decision not to extend is dangerous

FANS’ FORUM

FA chiefs, league committees and their dignitaries, both local and national, need to understand that this has been an exceptional year when it comes to the weather.
Their decision to refuse to extend the 2023- 24 season to allow clubs to fulfil their fixtures has far-reaching consequences right across the game and their hideous stance that they are the most important people within the game has just made a bad situation even worse.
