THE finest of margins are going to be what sums up this season for Farnborough’s as they remain tantalisingly outside of the playoffs.
Both sides showed an attacking intent early on, exchanging opportunity after opportunity, although Maidstone made the better of theirs, forcing Jack Turner to make a couple of fine saves while Boro’s attacks failed to pressurise Lucas Covalan.
The second half saw Maidstone playing with the wind at their backs and began to use it well.
