PONTEFRACT jumped back into the play-off spots with a convincing victory over lowly Winterton Rangers in tough conditions.
The first half saw very few openings, but against the run of play it was the home side who broke the deadlock. A corner right on half-time found Jack Steers who obliged to poke home the opener.
