Red-hot Town leave Moors with all to do

ALFRETON TOWN took one step closer to confirming their play-off place with a solid victory over fellow promotion chasers, Spennymoor Town.
First-half goals from Billy Fewster and Jake Day put Alfreton in the driving seat, and despite a late goal from Glen Taylor for the visitors making it a nervy last few minutes, they were able to see the game out for a vital win in their last scheduled home game of the season.
