Sports’ bid to stay up lifted by victory

EASTBOURNE BOROUGH continued their fight to avoid the drop after a great all-round performance saw them see off Chippenham Town.
Sports got the ball rolling inside two minutes. Sam Beard ran on to a ball over the top and he lifted the ball over Will Henry and into the far corner.
Yahya Bamba then released Finn Ballard McBride, who broke through but saw his ball across well cleared by Jem Hewlett.
