■ HELSTON Athletic scored their 100th Western League goal of the season as they continued their title push with a 3-2 victory against Buckland.
A midweek win over title rivals Falmouth Town put Athletic in the driving seat for league honours and they extended their gap to three points as their rivals were beaten.
Sam Carter opened the scoring with the century goal before Rikki Shepherd doubled their lead and substitute Stevie Colwell netted a third.
