CLUBS GRANTED USE OF 5 SUBS

NATIONAL League clubs will be allowed to name seven substitutes on their bench from next season – and use five of them.
The rule change comes after a written resolution and a survey of National League clubs with those in the top flight agreeing to the amendment that will bring them in line with the EFL.
A change to the festive calendar has also been agreed with Boxing Day fixtures no longer reversed with New Year’s Day.
Instead Boxing Day will reverse with Good Friday and New Year’s Day with Easter Monday.
