KING’S LYNN battled to a win against Marine thanks to a Sam Walker free-kick.
It gives the Linnets their second win on the bounce but sends Marine to the bottom of the early league table.
The first half was not without its moments but shots on target were rare.
Linnets’ Josh Crane lobbed Luke Hutchinson in the first minute and hit the post. Dylan Crowe managed to get the ball in the net but the flag was up a second earlier for offside.
