FA CUP FACTFILE: Step 5 and 6 hopefuls are on the history trail

FA CUP FIRST QUALIFYING ROUND

88 Trident League Step 3 clubs enter the FA Cup in the first qualifying round. At least 16 of them will exit in this round, too.
104 clubs that started in the extra preliminary round are still in the competition including 55 clubs from Step 5. At least 13 of these clubs will be in the next round.
7 Step 5 clubs are members of the Northern Counties East League Premier Division, the most clubs from one Step 5 league.
