FA CUP kings Kettering Town dumped out higher-ranked Farsley Celtic to book their place in the first round once again.
Goals from Wes York and Noel Williams ensured the Poppies extended their record as the country’s highest FA Cup goalscorers, taking them to 920 – leading Tottenham Hotspur by seven.
With Farsley’s pitch still being renovated, the game was played at Guiseley’s Nethermoor Park, and the Southern League Poppies got themselves in front early on when York’s header found its way past Tom Woo...
