THIS MATCH was dominated by the visitors who simply could not find a way past Lekan Majoyegbe at the heart of the Ites’ defence and when they did penetrate the home defence Aiden Prall in the home goal was unbeatable.
Sheppey took the lead after half-an-hour when Victor Aiye tapped into an empty net after robbing the visiting defence.
Town were wasteful in front of goal, squandering chance after chance from James Ding, James Hull and Mardin Ruda.
And with ten minutes left Alfie Simmons missed the best chance when Prall saved with his feet ...
