GOALKEEPER Dave Jones was the hero for Aberystwyth Town as he saved two penalties in a tense shoot-out to steer the Seasiders into the Nathaniel MG Cup final after a titanic struggle with Cardiff City U21.
They may be bottom of the JD Cymru Premier table, and once again fighting to save their record of never being out of the top flight, but the home side proved that in a one-off situation they can compete with anyone.
