PETERBOROUGH SPORTS pulled clear of Warrington Town to claim the points.
The visiting Yellows started brightly and nearly stole the lead inside the first two minutes as Finlay Cross-Adair blazed over before Elliot Morris watched an effort get cleared off the line.
The 35th minute saw Warrington break out of a scrappy period as Cross-Adair found the net. Jay Harris robbed the ball from Ryan Fryatt to set the forward off before squeezing an effort past Crook at his right post.
