TRURO CITY ensured that they would enjoy Christmas Day in second spot with a dramatic win over St Albans City.
A sight of goal came for the home side when an Alfie Payne free-kick led to a scramble that was hacked off the line by Tyler Harvey.
The breakthrough for St Albans came just after the interval. A quick move saw Ken Charles and Payne combine before it was played into Zane Banton, who took a touch before sending a low strike into the near corner of the net.
