KETTERING TOWN will be in court next Monday to face a winding-up petition brought against them by Her Majesty’s Revenue & Customs.

The petition is thought to relate to monies due during the club’s CVA back in June 2012.

Kettering Town FC Management Limited have until 4pm on Friday to give notice as to whether or not they will oppose the petition.

The Poppies were relegated from the Southern League Premier Division earlier this year, finishing bottom of the table, 21 points from safety.
