DAN JARVIS enjoyed a debut to remember as a superb first-half performance helped Banbury United to victory over AFC Sudbury.
Jarvis, announced just hours before the game after signing from league leaders Kettering Town, netted a debut goal three minutes before half-time after Yaw Nantwi-Ofosuhad headed the Puritans the lead midway through the first half following a corner.
Jarvis’ big moment came after he went went on a mazy run round the majority of the Sudbury defence before dinking over Suds keeper James Bradbrook to score.
