DECLAN Howe bagged a brace as Gainsborough Trinity earned a valuable three points at Stockton Town.
Stockton were honouring defender Tom Coutlhard who chalked up his 500th apperance.
The Holy Blues took an early lead when a free-kick from Joe Stacey was worked into the box and Javelle Clarke applied the finish.
Stockton drew level shortly after the half hour mark when Josh Baggs lifted the ball over Dylan Wharton to score his first for the club.
