NEWCASTLE and Hanley could not be separated in a lively draw at the Red Industries Stadium.
The hosts took the lead after just five minutes when, after good work by Jake Avery, the ball broke free to Jarma Mohamed, who calmly stroked the ball home.
Hanley were level after 13 minutes when Josh Bowden lobbed Joe Slinn from the edge of the area.
