LOWESTOFT made Stamford work hard for a point in a game that was from being a classic.
The Daniels did start brightly and when George Hobbins’ flicked pass found Kai Tonge his smashed cross-shot was superbly saved by Ronnie Yeo.
Ashton Offler had a speculative long-range effort well held by Yeo in a first half otherwise bereft of chances.
The second half was livelier and a Lowestoft free-kick put Harvey Sayer away for a clear run on goal and he produced a good finish past an advancing Tom Jackson.
