A solid display helped Merstham to a comfortable win at Phoenix Sports and enabled them to defend their play-off place.
The first half lacked any quality or drama until the final minute when the Moatsiders took the lead.
The Phoenix defence switched off while appealing for a free-kick, leaving Korrey Henry alone on the edge of the box, where he stroked the ball into the far corner.
