THE points were shared in the 1:30 kick-off at the Mettal Stadium after Melksham’s early goal was cancelled out by Thatcham’s injury time equaliser.
The visitors made a fast start as a second minute corner was cleared to Henry Sady who fired home from 20 yards.
Sady advanced on goal but was denied a second as Thatcham keeper Matt Pullinger dived at his feet, and both teams had goals chalked off during the half.
