Promotion-chasing Oldham Athletic left their first visit to The Lamb a little frustrated and glad of a point after Tamworth showed no fear against a Latics side who had put them to the sword at Boundary Park earlier in the season.

Promotion-chasing Oldham Athletic left their first visit to The Lamb a little frustrated and glad of a point after Tamworth showed no fear against a Latics side who had put them to the sword at Boundary Park earlier in the season.
Both goals came inside six first-half minutes with Joe Pritchard’s penalty for the visitors, cancelled out by a Dan Creaney effort just before half-time.
Oldham remains in fifth place in the National League playoffs after the 1-1 draw.
