CHERTSEY produced a clinical away showing to take three points home from Basingstoke to aid their survival hopes.
The home side got the perfect start as Liam Ferdinand was tugged to the ground inside the box and James Clarke calmly converted the resulting penalty after ten minutes.
The Curfews drew level as Oliver McCoy outpaced the home defence and finished coolly across the onrushing Mack Allan.
