JACQUES Welsh scored in added time to rescue a point for Runcorn Linnets in what was new boss Brad Cooke’s first game in charge.
The home team’s skipper stretched to bundle in from close range after Luke Wall’s free-kick was directed back across goal by a teammate.
It was just reward for a spirited response to falling behind after 74 minutes when Connor Rankin converted a penalty for Vauxhall Motors.
