BASINGSTOKE Town and AFC Totton played out a goalless draw that lifted the hosts out of the relegation zone while all but ending a below-par Totton’s title hopes.
The home side started brightly and had the best chance of the first half within minutes, when Lewis Colwell picked out George Reid with a left-footed cross from the right. However, the forward couldn’t convert from close range.
