PLANS: Daf Williams has made the move from Newport

DELIGHTED Daf Williams says becoming Gloucester City’s new manager is an ‘absolute honour’.
The 32-year-old Welshman finished the current season as caretaker manager of League Two side Newport County, stepping up from his role as assistant manager for the final two games following the departure of Nelson Jardim.
However, he has now decided to drop back into Non-League with Gloucester, a club he knows well from his previous stint as assistant to Lee Mansell.
