BIRTHDAY boy Glen Taylor says he will always remember this year’s FA Trophy final – albeit for all the wrong reasons.
The popular frontman turned 35 on the day and had hoped for some silverware to mark the occasion only to have to make do with a runners-up medal.
“It was going to be the best birthday of my life but now I’ll always remember it as the day I was beaten in the Trophy final,” he confessed. “I think the occasion probably got to us and the heat on the day considering they are a possession-based team.
