WAYNE Carter has rebounded from tough times – and now he wants to help Harrow Borough do exactly the same.
Carter left Harefield United to join Boro last week and has set his sights on helping them climb back up the Non-League ladder.
The Earlsmead outfit were relegated from Southern Premier South in 2023-24, following a reprieve the previous year, and finished the past campaign 14th in Isthmian South Central.
