THE Peacocks flourished at Westleigh Park on opening day as they brushed the Hawks aside to take all three-points.
Hawks midfielder Mitchell Aston gave the visitors the lead, turning the ball into his own net.
A free-kick from deep found the head of Nick Grimes, who nodded across goal; the ball ricocheted off Aston and into the net, a dream start for Richard Luffman’s men.
A penalty was awarded to the visitors as Tom Purrington went to ground and Nigel Atangana the deemed guilty party.
