BUOYANT Brentwood Town came from behind to extend their unbeaten run in the league with victory over fellow promoted outfit Burgess Hill Town.
Only goal difference separated the two sides as kick-off commenced.
The Hillians’ Chris Whelpdale looked to break down the centre of the pitch early on, but Brentwood captain Matt Cripps was on hand to thwart him.
The visitors took the lead in the 14th minute. A delivery from Martyn Box down the left flank was met by Whelpdale, who nodded home his third of the season.
