LEISTON got their first three points thanks to goals in the second half from Ryan Jarvis and Kyle Callan-McFadden.
The first half was a story of very few chances. Ronnie Blois tested Tyrese Warmington after just five minutes, while Redditch put some good balls into the box at the other end but the Leiston defence stayed firm.
Jack Manly nearly put the home side ahead just after the half hour mark after Jarvis and Joao Rangel linked up well, but the Blues midfielder ballooned the ball over the crossbar.
