SAM COX has told The NLP he is delighted but not surprised by Wealdstone’s storming start to the new season.
The former Stones playing favourite took over in the Grosvenor Vale hotseat from Neil Gibson in the summer and has led his side to a perfect nine-point start from their opening three games.
And talking on The NLP’s Goalmouth Podcast this week, the former Tottenham Hotspur academy starlet revealed he saw signs of what was to come during a promising pre-season campaign.
