■ GOALS either side of half-time were enough to secure Whitby a place in the next round.
Whitby started well with Brad Kelly making a couple of good saves. Lancaster began to take control, but they were unable to find a breakthrough. The visitors went ahead on the stroke of half-time when Harley Dawson fired in a fierce shot.
Whitby doubled their advantage within two minutes of the restart when a quickly taken free-kick caught out Lancaster, giving Donald Chimalilo the chance to fire home.
