GOALS from Finlay Cross-Adair and Ben Elliott gave Prescot Cables a second league win this term, despite Morpeth Town’s late surge to force a point.
Both had chances early, Prescot came closest when Francis Smith’s dipping free-kick was tipped over the bar by visiting stopper Daniel Langley.
They were ahead on 33 minutes when Elliott’s square ball was expertly finished by Cross-Adair.
