PORTISHEAD Town made light work of Melksham Town as they ran out comfortable winners to progress to the next round of the FA Trophy.
It took the hosts just 22 minutes to get the opener when a cross from the left found Jamie Adams, and he was able to rise highest to head home.
The North Somerset side doubled their lead just 11 minutes when Jay Murray played a ball in from the right and Lucas Vowles headed the ball beyond Adam Forster.
