BISHOPS Cleeve comfortably booked their place in the next round with a dominant attacking display in Hampshire.
Fareham had early appeals for a penalty for handball waved away before Ross Langworthy looped a header over McCarthy to put the Mitres in front.
The visitors controlled much of the half, the only real danger coming from two quick home corners that were scrambled off the line.
