CHICHESTER won their first game in all competitions against a rather limp Lewes to move up to eighth in the Isthmian Premier Division.
Goals from Lloyd Rowlatt and Theo Bennetts had the Lillywhites two goals to the good at the break, before Benjamin Pashley sealed victory just after half-time.
The win moved Chichester to within three points of the play-off spots, while leaving visiting Lewes rooted in mid table.
