POOLE thrashed local rivals Weymouth in front of a bumper crowd in a highly entertaining game.
The home side made the perfect start – clearing Weymouth’s free-kick, they surged forward with Shaquille Gwengwe on the half way line setting Antonio Diaz free who evaded defenders and rounded the keeper to fire in the top corner.
Weymouth saw a number of shots go wide before Poole doubled their lead.
After stealing the ball, some nice intricate passing gave the ball to Gwengwe who fired in to the top corner from the edge of the box....
