■ WHAT a difference a week makes. Garforth Town were completely humbled last week in a 5-0 thrashing at the hands of Redcar, but a second three-nil win in a week lifted them above yesterday’s opponents Ossett in the NPL East table.
A cagey first half ended goalless, but Garforth upped the ante as the players worked harder to improve their game after the break, receiving little reply from their West Yorkshire rivals.
Luke Adrich clinically opened the scoring after 52 minutes, following a neat exchange of passes with Charlie Marshall.
