BUXTON produced a dramatic late comeback to beat Chorley at the Silverlands.
The hosts made a lively start, putting their visitors under early pressure. A goalmouth scramble from a corner saw Callum Ebanks and George Ward go close.
Chorley then began to settle, and their first real opportunity came when Mike Calveley met a Craig Hewitt delivery, his header drifting narrowly wide.
Buxton’s breakthrough arrived thanks to a perfect set-piece routine. Brennan’s delivery found Max Bardell, who powered his header home.
