■ RAYNES Park Vale made the perfect start, but were ultimately undone by a determined Moneyfields side in this clash of promotion hopefuls.
The visitors struck after two minutes as Tyler Cox reacted quickest to finish smartly from close range.
However, Moneyfields hit back almost immediately as Faris Khallouqi weaved through two defenders and calmly slotted beneath keeper Will Davis.
The hosts took a deserved lead 10 minutes before the break. A half-cleared corner fell kindly to Thomas Jeffes, who rifled the ball home.
