FC Halifax Town vs York City (12.30pm kick off)

Halifax Town, under Adam Lakeland, will be seeking a strong response after their winning run was halted by Truro City last weekend.

That run had included a victory over league leaders Rochdale.

The Minstermen, meanwhile, will be looking to close the gap at the top after a midweek 2-2 draw with fellow high-flyers Boreham Wood left them seven points adrift of first place.

Just two points separate the sides heading into this clash, and when they last met in February, skipper Callum Howe struck an injury-time equaliser to salvage a 2-2 draw.

Tamworth vs Boston United (5.30pm kick off)

The weekend’s National League action concludes with a teatime encounter as Tamworth host Boston United at The Lamb Ground.

Kick-off is at 5:30 p.m. BST on Saturday, 25 October, with live coverage exclusively on DAZN via National League TV (NLTV).

Tamworth have every reason to be upbeat heading into this one.

Sitting inside the top ten, Andy Peaks’ side are enjoying an impressive run that has seen them go seven matches unbeaten, including a 2-1 win over Aldershot Town last time out.

With an FA Cup First Round tie against Leyton Orient on the horizon, they’ll be keen to maintain momentum during this home double-header.

For Boston, it’s all about a response. The Pilgrims endured a tough night in midweek, suffering a 4-0 defeat to Morecambe, and will arrive at The Lamb determined to bounce back and rediscover their early-season form.
