HORNCHURCH regained top spot with a win over Hampton & Richmond Borough thanks to goals by Angelo Balanta and Charlie Pegrum.
Early on a deep Balanta cross was directed just beyond Henry Hearn. For the visitors, Harry Gardner’s free-kick curled wide. Ronan Silva tested the Urchins’ back line, first his dangerous low cross was gathered by Arthur Nasta before driving an effort straight at the keeper. Shortly after, Luke Robertson’s effort was deflected narrowly wide.
