Cables mount a rousing comeback

PRESCOT Cables booked a place in the second round proper of the FA Trophy after coming from behind to defeat Guiseley at the Auto Safety Centre stadium.
Tony Donaldson pulled Cables level after Connor Ferguson had given the Lions a half-time lead.
And, with time ticking away, Finlay Cross-Adair popped up with a winner for his side against their Pitching In Northern Premier League Premier division rivals.
Prescot enjoyed much of the possession and opportunities in the early stages of the game but couldn’t find a clear chance on goal.
