■ LOWLY Trafford produced a magnificent performance to shock Stafford and record only their second win of the season.
Despite the absence of new manager Tom Baker due to illness, Trafford made a whirlwind start with Brad Byrne firing them ahead after five minutes and Charlie Frost making it two six minutes later.
Rangers began to get on top and reduced the arrears mid-way through the first half when Scott Wara headed home a long throw by skipper Jimmy O’Neill.
