■ CLITHEROE came into the game in strong form with four straight wins, while Stafford had managed just one in their last four. This time, the home side took all three points.
Clitheroe took an early lead when a loose ball fell to Danny Wilkins who rifled the ball into the net from 30 yards.
Stafford grabbed an equaliser shortly after when Dylan Scott fired home from close range.
The Blues took the lead once more as Harry Scarborough poached home a good cross from Veron Parny.
