SHIFNAL survived a late scare as they won at home.
The hosts went 1-0 down as Kidsgrove Athletic player-manager Matt Rhead fired his team ahead. However, Shifnal were level just five minutes before the break when Nat Morley gave away a penalty which Matthew Barnes-Homer fired home.
Louis Bradford gave the hosts the lead just before the hour mark when he profited from Kidsgrove goalkeeper Aaron Woolrich dropping a free-kick.
