■ STRUGGLING Crowborough performed an old-fashioned ‘smash and grab’ as they left Surrey with a first league victory this month.
Harry Forster should’ve given the visitors the lead in the seventh minute, but he blazed over from six yards following good work by Marcus Goldsmith.
Finlay Johnson and Korrey Henry went close for Merstham but, on the half hour, young fullback Shay Dunn’s buccaneering run saw him find Lee Lewis who fired in from outside the box.
