■ THE first half belonged to the visitors with goals from David Bremang and James Taylor with the Ites Dan Bradshaw and Billy Bennett wasteful at the other end.
Sheppey came out strongly in the second half, however, and scored three goals within nine minutes of the restart.
Bennet opened the scoring straight from the re-start from the edge of the box, and minutes later Tamas Amgbaduda headed the Ites level and then several minutes later Bennet had his second.
