■ DIDCOT have slipped back towards the relegation places after suffering three defeats in a week, the latest a 2-0 reversal to now second-placed Frome Town.
Following an hour of goalless, yet absorbing football where no quarter was asked or given, Frome began to take control. Albie Hopkins and George Dowling both forced smart saves from home keeper Leigh Bedwell, but the breakthrough came after Mekhai Bassasa-Grant handled in the area.
